HomeStar was founded in 2003 to assist companies and individuals to design these eco friendly buildings.  We comprise of a number of energy assessment professionals accredited in both FirstRate5 and NatHERS software, and are a family built business with offices in Williamstown and Mordialloc.

Our clients are often surprised to find that 5 and even 6 star homes and commercial buildings can be built for minimal additional cost. With the advice of an accredited thermal performance assessor at concept phase, costs can even be reduced without destroying the integrity of your design.

All HomeStar employees are accredited with the Australian Association of Building Sustainability Assessors (ABSA).  As ABSA assessors HomeStar employees must attend professional practice briefings ensuring continual professional development as required by the ABSA Board. 

We also work closely with manufacturers and suppliers of energy efficient building products to keep us up to date with the latest home design materials so we can in turn pass this knowledge onto you.
