Our approach is to work with you, so that you can decide on the best options for you and your clients.

    Depending on your state, our standard service provides FirstRate5 or NatHERS Thermal Performance Assessments. 

    Site visits
    We can work through problematic designs with you face-to-face, saving you time and providing visibility and confidence in the energy rating process.

    A fixed flat rate fee
    This means that if your design fails to meet the required star rating we will provide additional reports to reflect design changes at no additional cost.  This is based on no structural or major changes to your plans.

    Electronic file submission or Pick-Up Service
    You can send your plans to us in PDF format. If you can't send us files electronically we offer a free plan pick-up service in metropolitan Melbourne.
