Home Sustainability Assessments & Green Loans Program
  • Do you want to reduce your energy and water bills and save money?
Do you want to live in a more comfortable home?

Do you want to reduce greenhouse gases and carbon pollution?

Then book a free independant Home Sustainability Assessment through the Green Loans Program.

Endorsed and funded by the DEWHA Government Green Loans Program, the home sustainability assessment will show how you can save on electricity and water costs and will give you a long term plan for making your home more sustainable.

The assessment involves a physical inspection of major energy and water systems relating to thermal comfort, water heating, lighting, refrigeration, cooking, enertainment, water efficiency and outdoor consumption and waste management.

Home Sustainability Assessments are carried out by qualified expert assessors who will provide advice from individual occupant behaviour to recommendations of installation of new products such as solar hot water.

Each assessment takes approximately 1.5 hours to complete (depending on the amount of information available, size of the property and number of systems to be considered) and is valid for six months.
